Stage
 FIRST STAGE

  • Job interview 1: Human resource manager will interview with possible candidates
  • Test exam: For some vacancies, there must be professional test examination for measure his/her ability. 
SECOND STAGE

  • Job interview 2: Head of the human resource department and executive director will interview with 3-5 candidates
  • During the job interview, questions about his/her ability to complete the job tasks. 
THIRD STAGE

  • If necessary, we will interview again.
  • Mainly higher level management vacancies take this final stage
